Remove anything that might interfer within the rooms to be inspected.  Such as articles of clothing around dresser(s) or bed.  Items that might block entry into closets.

Please remove all pets or place them in an area that will not be inspected like the bathroom.  

Remove all pets water, food, toys, bedding, scratching posts, etc. from inspection areas. Please place items out of the view of the K9.

For at least 1 hour prior to K9 inspection do not cook or smoke.

For at least 1 hour prior to K9 inspection have windows shut, fans off, air conditioners off, air purifiers off, humidifiers, dehumidifiers off, etc.

For at least 12 hours prior to K9 inspection do not use any household cleaners or other chemicals.

Inform us of all pest control measures done in your apartment over the 30 days at the time of inspection.

For the K9 safety we will not inspect a site that has had a pest control treatment in the last 30 days.
